@housingMark For eg: NYC uses their LIHTC allocations to build stable housing for working class NYers. but tenants who live in bdgs financed NYS credits face poor conditions, instability, etc w little recourse. Agree we need the $ LIHTC gives but there are prob better ways to get that $
